The banging noise from the room above was incredibly annoying!!! It really feels like basic maintenance like window cleaning could be prioritized!!! Charging extra for room service is an outdated practice that feels cheap!!!

Room was lekker spacious, and having that mini bar option after a concert was a lifesaver! The brekkie was a real delight. the staff in the restaurant were so friendly, made us feel right at home. Plus, the comfy bed was a win!
We did notice a bit of dust around, and the shower had a funny step up that could catch you off guard.

the junior suites were super spacious and the location was really close to the town center. breakfast was nice with a good range of food. check in/out was hassle free and all the staff were friendly and warm. the cleanliness of the room was top notch, definitely felt comfy. also, the view from the room was really chill!
but the noise from the hallway was pretty annoying at times and the bathroom could use some updating.
